Sweep StickI've been training players since 2014. My charisma and ability to bounce back from adversity have helped me to sweep the nation. If you want to attack defenders, score more, and get to the free throw line, then we should probably hang out. In a nutshell, I'm pretty awesome.

Duane Jourdeans
I have been a high school English teacher and coach since 1995. I served as an assistant basketball coach and head football coach at Spring Valley High School where my team was fortunate enough to win two state championships. Currently, in addition, I promote positivity in youth sports as a speaker for Positive Coaching Alliance. My passion is to make a difference in the lives of my students and athletes. That passion has spilled over into Rule of 5 Enterprises. I am extremely excited to share information and products with the masses. |

Heather Jourdeans
I have taught high school English since 1997, and have been a speech/forensics coach the past 9 years at St. Croix Central High School. Starting Rule of 5 Enterprises with Duane has been quite a ride so far! It has been exciting to share different aspects of the business with others, especially when they see academic or sports performance improvements. I also teach ACT Boot Camps that help high school students improve their ACT English and Reading scores. My students have found great success not only in their high scores, but also in financial assistance as a result. The Sweep Stick is a fabulous product -- it's exciting to see its success! |
